Second grade at WDE had an EGGcellent time exploring gravity! Our scholars participated in an Egg Drop STEM project to understand how gravity pulls things to the center of the Earth. Students made a hypothesis and designed their own “egg nest” to protect their egg. Then, students engineered and created their STEM project. Last, students tested their projects from the bleachers at the ball field by dropping their “egg nest” to see if their egg survived.
