Superintendent A. Russell Hughes was sworn in for his 3rd term as Superintendent of Schools for Walton County on Tuesday, November 18th. Since Superintendent Hughes took office 8 years ago, the Walton County School District has seen an unprecedented rise from the 35th ranked school district in the state of Florida to being #3.
